Seller identity
The legal seller is Lot Fleet, with its registered address at GVR Plaza, LR Bande Road, Kaval Byra Sandra, RT Nagar Post, Bengaluru 560032. Lotfleet is the marketplace brand operated by the seller.
Eligibility and account use
Bidding is limited to approved merchant accounts. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping business and contact details accurate.
Listings and inspection
The deal page, inspection report, device grades, known defects and labelled photographs together form the lot description. Review all available evidence before bidding.
Binding bids and reserve
A confirmed bid cannot be withdrawn. The highest bid receives the deal only when it meets the reserve and remains valid at closing. Late valid bids may extend closing to preserve fair participation.
Payment and default
A winning merchant must follow the stated payment deadline and submit accurate proof. We may cancel an award, suspend access or offer the stock again when payment obligations are not completed.
Taxes and documentation
Applicable invoice and tax information will be issued by Lot Fleet according to the transaction. GSTIN is optional for merchant onboarding in Phase 1 but may be needed for particular tax documentation.
Limitation and governing record
The confirmed deal record, payment verification and handover record are the operational source of truth. Applicable mandatory rights and obligations remain unaffected.
