Bids cannot be cancelled
A merchant cannot withdraw or edit a confirmed bid. Please verify the amount, unit count and per-unit cost before confirming.
When we may cancel a deal
We may cancel or withhold an award if reserve is not met, payment is not completed, a material inventory error is discovered, the account is restricted or fulfilment becomes legally or operationally impossible.
Condition-based returns
Devices are wholesale stock sold according to the disclosed lot record. Normal wear, disclosed defects, grade expectations or resale-margin changes are not return reasons.
Material mismatch or handover damage
If the delivered unit count, identity or condition materially differs from the confirmed lot record, contact support promptly with the deal code, unboxing or handover evidence and affected serial numbers. Do not repair, resell or alter disputed devices before review.
Resolution
After review, an approved resolution may include correction, replacement where stock permits, a commercial adjustment or refund through the original settlement channel. No outcome is automatic until the evidence is verified.
