Data we collect
We may collect account identity, business and contact information, addresses, bids, watchlists, payment references and proofs, fulfilment choices, support messages, device evidence and security or audit events.
Why we use it
We use data to manage merchant access, run auctions, verify payments, arrange fulfilment, answer support requests, prevent misuse and maintain accountable business records.
Storage and sharing
Payment proofs and device photographs are stored privately. Data is shared only with service providers or authorities where necessary for operations, security, fulfilment or legal obligations; merchant data is not sold.
Retention
Profile data is retained while the account is active. Transaction, payment, fulfilment and audit records may be retained longer where needed for business, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
Your choices
Merchants may update profile information and request access, correction or account assistance through support. Some transaction records cannot be deleted when retention is required for an active or completed deal.
Security and changes
We use access controls and private storage appropriate to Phase 1. Material changes to this notice should be published with a revised effective date before they apply.
