1. Review the complete deal
Check the unit count, specifications, condition grades, labelled photos, known defects, warranty information and fulfilment options before bidding.
2. Bid during the auction
Auctions normally run for 24 hours. The live screen shows the current bid, minimum next bid and per-unit cost. Every confirmed bid is binding.
3. Meet the reserve
The highest eligible bid wins only when the confidential reserve price is met. If reserve is not met, the deal is not automatically awarded.
4. Pay and submit proof
The winning merchant pays using the displayed settlement instructions and uploads the payment reference and receipt for manual verification.
5. Collect or receive the lot
After payment approval, choose an available pickup or delivery method and follow fulfilment updates until handover is complete.
